HVAC/Maintenance            Engineering                Full Time
The HVAC worker will apply to all federal, state or local HVAC codes when installing or repairing HVAC equipment or systems. The HVAC worker will utilize master sheet metal and plumbing skills to install or maintain HVAC and related sub systems to keep the building appropriately controlled to provide a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and visitors. The HVAC worker will conduct daily building rounds to assess mechanical systems readiness. The HVAC worker maintains PM or Corrective maintenance records for all HVAC and related equipment systems. Experience: 2 – 5 years in repairs maintenance and installation. Education: High School Graduate, 2 years Trade School, HVAC, Refrigeration.

Nutritional Services Aide                      Dietary                    Per Diem
The Dietary Aide follows department procedure for tray assembly. The Dietary Aide utilizes weights and measures to assure proper portioning. The Dietary aide assists on tray line and delivers trays to patients. The Dietary Aide follows all sanitation & food safety guidelines. The Dietary Aide will have the ability to operate cash register. Must have ability to read, write and speak English.

Customer Service Representative        NMS Billing                Full-Time
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for the total accounts receivable management of physician offices. Responsible for posting all charges for medical practices to include changes generated from the physician’s office, hospital (inpatient or outpatient settings), nursing home and patient home. Responsible for correct procedure of diagnosis coding. Responsible for daily and monthly reporting and balancing. Responsible for providing one on one consultation to clients regarding accounts. Education: High School Diploma. Experience: Fast and accurate typing, calculator and computer skills. Bookkeeping background helpful. Telephone etiquette and outstanding customer services skills.

Physical Therapist            Physical Therapy             Part/Full Time
Looking for part/full-time experienced physical therapist to join our Rehabilitation Department. Off site out patient clinic, inpatient located at the Hospital, and aquatic therapy in our new town Recreation Center offer a varied caseload of orthopedic, post-surgical, neurologic, vestibular, and more. Manual skills are a plus.  Must be licensed or license eligible in the State of Vermont.

Mental Health Worker                      Windham Center        Full-time        Per Diem
The Mental Health Worker will follow the plan of care as directed by the RN. The Mental Health Worker will communicate information to the appropriate places. The Mental Health Worker will assist in the management of the milieu to ensure safety and a therapeutic environment. Experience: Five years as mental health worker or equivalent. Education: CNA, MHW certification or equivalent continuing Education.

Pharmacist                Pharmacy                Part Time
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will assist in the management of drug therapy in collaboration with other health care providers. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will supervise and check technician work and duties related to dispensing, order entry, Pyxis, and IV admixing while on duty. The Clinical staff Pharmacist will participate in patient, nursing, and medical staff education about medication therapy. The clinical Staff Pharmacist maintains accurate dispensing records for controlled substances. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist participates in pharmacy on call and weekend rotation as assigned. Experience: Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Vermont multiple years experience more of hospital pharmacy or equivalent work experience as a pharmacist. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.

Registration Coordinator        Registration                Per Diem
The Registration Coordinator will communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers. Interview patients/family to obtain billing/personal information. Ability to pay close attention to detail required.  The Registration Coordinator will contribute to a pleasant and cooperative team environment. Education: High School Diploma.. Experience: Six months to one year clerical including strong computer skills.

Medical Technologist/MLT        Laboratory        Full Time     Per Diem
A Certified medical technologist has an understanding of the underlying scientific principles of laboratory testing as well as of the many factors which affect health and disease. Recognizes the importance of proper test selection, causes of discrepant test results. Education: Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology with MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification or Certification as MLT (ASCP) and MT (HHS) minimum. Certification: MT (ASCP) or equivalent. Experience: One year general lab experience preferred. Will also consider a Medical Lab Technician or a Certified Lab Technician with state required certification and one year general lab experience.

Physical Therapist Needed...

We are in search of an experienced Physical Therapist for our Rehab Department.

Varied caseload includes orthopaedic, post-surgical, neurologic, vestibular, etc., as well as an aquatic physical therapy program in a new state-of-the-art recreation facility.

Manual therapy skills are a plus.
