Outpatient Counseling Service

Outpatient Counseling Services provide individual therapy in a traditional outpatient setting. We serve adults 18 and older who require low to moderate intensity treatment for a variety of mental health issues. Out outpatient staff consists of social workers, master level clinicians and licensed alcohol and drug counselors.

Program:

Short-Term – 3 to 16 Weeks
Low Intensity to Moderate Intensity –
  Individual therapy 1 hour per day, 1 day per week
Open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Comprehensive Treatment Includes:

· Psychosocial Assessment
· Comprehensive Treatment Planning
· Community Care Provider Integration
· Individual Counseling

Participants:

Program participants comprise men and women 18 and older who require low to moderate intensity treatment for a variety of mental health and substance use issues. 

Referral:

Referrals are welcomed from patients, medical, mental health, drug and alcohol, and EAP professionals. For more information about any of our programs, please call Shari Yates, Administrative Coordinator at (802) 463-2650.

Cost:

Payment is accepted from most private insurers as well as Medicare and Medicaid/VHAP. Private pay arrangements can be negotiated. In some cases, financial assistance is available.
