Pre-Diabetes Education Program Offered at Springfield Hospital

Springfield, VT - If you are among the many who have been told you have pre-diabetes, or if you have a family history of diabetes or stuggle with being overweight, register now to learn how you can help avoid developing diabetes.
This free educational event will show you the steps you can take through lifestyle choices to help you improve your health. On the first Wednesday of each month, this free education program will be available to help you learn more about the risks of diabetes and how the choices you make in everyday living can have a positive impact on your health. Time will be allowed for questions and answers.
The October class will be held on October 6th, 2010 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Meeting House on the hill of Springfield Hospital's campus at 25 Ridgewood Road, Springfield, VT.
