Seeking Volunteers:New volunteers are always welcomed. Volunteers may be retired persons interested in working a three hours a week, mothers with extra hours to give while their children are at school or young adults interested in pursuing a career in health care. Anyone interested in helping us fulfill our patient-oriented mission is welcome to serve as a volunteer at Springfield Medical Care Systems. Volunteers are matched to positions based on interest, schedule and ability.

To become a volunteer is easy:• Complete an application • Interview with the Director • Attend an orientation program • Make a minimum commitment to volunteer at least 2 hours per week for at least 3 months.
